Returns & Exchange

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition & returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not show any signs of use, sharpening, cutting, or testing
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cover return shipping only if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Exchange or refund are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Exchange or refund processing time: 5–10 business days

Due to the nature of knives, axes, and edged tools, used items cannot be accepted for return for safety and hygiene reasons.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
